Peak Technologies has introduced Peak Analytics, a powerful supply chain AI and image recognition solution for high-volume logistics.

The provider of digital supply chain and mobile workforce solutions launched a new program to give users actionable intelligence to solve key business challenges.

Under Peak Analytics, users can have real-time monitoring of every package, automated identification of problematic packages and equipment health and performance monitoring for maximum efficiency.

Through the integration of AI and image recognition, the program enables logistics operations to gather crucial data concerning the quality of packages. Peak Analytics utilises sensors located at the edge of warehouses to provide real-time information on the condition of each package, allowing companies to detect problematic inventory at the source.

Peak Analytics’ real-time package data helps identify vendor compliance issues in retail, shipping, and logistics, providing users with searchable package databases, actionable dashboards for distribution centres, and analytics at various levels.

“The modular design of Peak Analytics leverages the scanning data captured in package tunnels into powerful tools that retail, shipping and logistics operations can use to improve the performance of multiple areas of their business,” Peak Technologies President and CEO Tony Rivers said.

Peak Analytics is a modular platform with three components. Tunnel Insights, which captures data from scanned packages, provides live feeds and dashboards to diagnose maintenance and package issues, and shares data with Facility and Learning Insights.

Facility Insights then uses Tunnel Insights data to generate customizable AI reports for real-time analytics of the scanning system’s performance, identifying systemic issues for supply chain planning, including bottlenecks and capacity utilization.

Learning Insights uses AI to create, deploy, and run unique models for each company’s supply chain to detect and classify problem packages, automate quality control, handle exceptions, and vendor issues, and analyze patterns from dimension measurements against vendor manifests.

Peak Technologies’ Peak Analytics addresses persistent challenges by providing solutions to diagnose maintenance and package issues, detect and classify problem packages, and automate quality control and exception handling. Its no-code solution for training and deploying AI models helps logistics operations to analyze patterns, identify systemic issues, and optimize sorting and shipping operations.
