Before starting Mayes Logistics Consulting, Nathan spent the early part of his career as a logistics engineer building optimization models in a consulting team for a Fortune 500 freight forwarder. He holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle, where he conducted published research in modeling techniques to increase efficiency in logistics scenarios and manufacturing processes.
