Hydraulics expert City Hydraulics Inner West will relocate within Wetherill Park to a freestanding site just off The Horsley Drive in NSW.

The hydraulics service centre and retailer will move into the 1,220sqm facility at 29 Toohey Road for an annual net rent of $130/sqm on a three-year lease.

CBRE’s Janet Joljian and Brendan Wein secured the lease on behalf of former tenant Superior Pak, which sought an early exit from its contract with the private landlord.

The property has warehouse clearances of up to 8.6m, air-conditioned office space, dual driveway access and secure parking, and offers quick and easy access to the M4 and M7 Motorways.

“We were engaged by Superior Park for advice about potentially breaking its lease, and successfully secured a long-term tenant with significant upside for the lessor, which allowed our client to surrender its lease with no penalty,” Joljian said.

“The building’s corporate appeal, five-tonne gantry crane and main road exposure to the Horsley Drive all appealed to City Hydraulics,” she said
