Day 1 Coverage:

  • Keynote Address: Matt Sheedy, VP of Global Supply Chain Transformation at Cochlear, delivered the opening keynote on “Supply Chain Transformation: Timing, Talent, and Tenacity,” emphasising the importance of strategic transformation, workforce capabilities, and digital innovation.
  • Panel Discussion: A session on “The Future of National Freight and Logistics” explored opportunities to boost resilience, including workforce development, land use planning, and decarbonization efforts.
  • Case Study Presentations: Industry experts shared insights on optimising end-to-end supply chains through artificial intelligence and digital transformation, highlighting improvements in agility, service levels, and cost metrics.

 

As the event progresses, attendees can look forward to more sessions focusing on strategic agility, sustainability, technology innovation, and workforce resilience.
