Electrical power and materials expert takes up residence in Reservoir

A global expert in electrical power and advanced materials, Mersen Pty Ltd, has taken up residence at 4-10 Hillwin Street, Reservoir in Victoria.

Located under 12km north of Melbourne’s CBD in Hillwin Street’s well-established industrial precinct, the location is well serviced by major arterials including Sydney Road, Metro Ring Road, Bell Street and Mahoneys Road.

CBRE was exclusively appointed on behalf of a private owner, with agents Jake George, Daniel Eramo and Joe Brzezek brokering the deal with the European stock exchange listed tenant for $65-70p/sqm on a ten year term.

The facility sits on a 5,493sqm industrial site and is an older style, saw tooth warehouse with high power supply, which is ideal for manufacturing.

“The property was ideally located and had an upgraded, high power supply which as a prominent business in the electrical industry, was paramount for the tenant’s manufacturing requirement,” Jake George said.
