Purpose of the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Central Supply Chain Coordinator to join us full-time within our Global Head Office based in Collingwood.

In this role, you will be a responsible for assisting with the processing and management requirements of our international logistics network. You will oversee the day to day relationship with the third-party logistics and freight partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all export and cross trade orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and according to individual trading terms.
  • Manage communications relating to exports and delivery dates, ensuring that freight is tracked, and relevant stakeholders advised of any delays.
  • Ensure all subsidiary and distributor invoices and credits are promptly and accurately processed.
  • Ensure all import orders are correctly shipped, tracked, and managed in order to meet supply chain requirements
  • Ensure all cross-trade shipments between subsidiaries are adequately expedited, in respect of both logistics and financial (invoicing) requirements
  • Engage with other functional teams and external providers in order to achieve optimal plan for export orders schedule

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role preferable
  • A good understanding of the import and export process
  • Attention to detail, structured/organised, solution/outcome orientated, resourceful and timeline driven
  • A flexible approach to scope and prioritization of work
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting
  • Ability to build good rapport with key cross functional teams
  • An advocate for process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders across the business in an effective and timely manner
