The Role – Senior Supply Chain Recruiter
We’re growing and as a result, we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a solid track record of generating leads, closing opportunities & placing candidates in the Supply Chain industry.
Responsibilities:
- Primary activities include business development, signing on new clients and candidate placement.
- A good understanding of market mapping and previous experience in using multiple platforms to find great candidates.
- Attending to clients and candidate calls/emails in a timely fashion.
- Performing preliminary assessments of candidates over the phone and assessing candidates through the interview process.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internal support team members.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar 360 role with a focus in logistics, supply chain and operations
- Bachelor of Supply Chain Management or related discipline highly desired
- Experience working in a client facing role with a track record of generating revenue
- Customer oriented, self-motivated and team player
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
