Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, strategic and high-spirited Supply Chain Operations Lead to join the Supply Chain Optimisation and Projects team in one of the fastest growing scale-ups in the country.

Our ideal applicant has supply chain experience in food, is hungry to learn and wants to make a strong impact in a mission-driven meal kit delivery service business.

You will…

• Be the link between our warehouses, procurement and logistics teams pushing for operational excellence across shared key performance indicators
• Develop processes and tools to achieve sound operational excellence across the supply chain
• Design, measure, report and improve upon cross functional KPI’s
• Own accountability for the successful execution of weekly supply chain operations
• Manage and plan for warehouse and supply chain capacity to sustain continued growth
• Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams to schedule and improve just-in-sequence traffic on a strategic level
• Solve problems on-the-go in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively across all parts of the business and to various levels of stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

You are/have …

• Vast knowledge and interest in food
• Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Business, Supply Chain or Procurement (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in food (but not a must)
• Have strong up and downward management skills with clear communication
• Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line
• Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel
• Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
• Entrepreneurial and can make things happen
• Experience using HelloFresh is a plus!
