Navigating disruption and building an agile and resilient future fit supply chain

26 – 28 May 2021 | The Langham Sydney

2020 was an unprecedented time of disruption for supply chains globally. The COVID-19 pandemic has ushered in an era where supply chains must turn their focus to increasing agility and resilience in order to effectively navigate and respond to current disruption and uncertainty.

The COVID-19 Pandemic demonstrated how supply chains aren’t immune to external disruptions and catastrophic events, and how achieving and maintaining balance and efficiency is critical during times that drive such change and fluctuations with the likes of global freight, customer behaviours, supply and demand and more.

The pandemic has only reinforced and exacerbated the need for supply chains to gain efficiencies, embrace innovation, navigate disruption, integrate technology, commit to sustainability, focus on the customer and build a savvy-workforce so they can adapt, respond and build a future fit supply chain that is equipped and prepared to deal with such events.

Akolade’s 5th Annual Supply Chain Innovation Summit will explore these themes in depth as it brings together over 40 Supply Chain Leaders who will share their thought leadership on the ways they’re building an agile and resilient future fit supply chain – we look forward to seeing you there!

The Supply Chain Innovation Summit will explore:

Navigating disruption to build resilience against external disruptions and catastrophic events

Building, developing and sourcing the supply chain workforce of the future

Finding alternate sustainable sources and ensuring transparency and visibility of sustainability efforts

Incubating innovation to transform and prepare supply chains for the future

Embracing technology to enable sophisticated, digital and data-driven supply chain operations

Enhancing the customer experience across the supply chain to build loyalty and differentiation
