TMX appoints Adam McDonald as new Managing Director for ANZ

Transformation consultancy TMX has announced the appointment of Adam McDonald as Managing Director of its Australia and New Zealand operations, who will start the new position immediately at TMX’s Sydney office.

McDonald has been with TMX since 2015, where he most recently served as the Executive Director of Project Services. In this role, McDonald led over 50 construction project managers who were delivering advanced and complex automated distribution centres across the Asia-Pacific region.

TMX Chief Executive Officer Travis Erridge said that McDonald has played a pivotal role in the rapid growth and expansion of TMX.

“I’m thrilled that he is taking his up the role of Managing Director in Australia and New Zealand,” Erridge said.

“Adam’s track record of success at TMX, combined with his past leadership experience at Jacobs and Sinclair Knight Merz puts him in a strong position to lead our core regional business,” he said.

He explained that the creation of the new role is designed to focus on fostering TMX’s strong presence in Australia and New Zealand and ensure they continue to provide world-class digital, supply chain and property solutions to clients.

As TMX’s new Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand, McDonald will lead the company’s Australia and New Zealand strategy and operations with a focus on cementing its position as the leading digital, supply chain and property specialists in the region.

Commenting on the appointment, McDonald said it is a great honour to be TMX’s Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand.

“‘With our leading presence in Australia and rapidly growing team in New Zealand, I look forward to working alongside our clients and experts across digital, supply chain, property and project management in delivering world-class transformations,” he said.

McDonald has over 20 years of experience in construction and project management, having worked on a range of major projects across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
