TMX appoints new Director of Property to lead portfolio management services
Asia-Pacific-based transformation consultancy, TMX, has appointed former Colliers International National Director, Occupier Services, Stefanie Frawley, as a Director of Property to lead the firm’s new Portfolio Management services.
She will be based at the company’s Melbourne office.
TMX said the senior move will significantly strengthen TMX’s property division and complete its full end-to-end property advisory services, where clients will be offered business case development, procurement and now portfolio management.
Frawley will work alongside TMX Executive Director, Justin Fried, and recent recruit from Mirvac, Property Portfolio Consultant Michael Simpson, to manage the significant property portfolios of TMX’s major clients.
“Following incredible demand from our clients for management services of their complex networks throughout the Asia-Pacific region, I’m thrilled to have a recognised industry leader in Stefanie Frawley managing this for our clients,” Fried said.
“With Stefanie’s extensive career in industrial property across the country with large multinational businesses, she will be able to provide strategic advice and services to our clients to optimise their property portfolios. Stefanie will be supported by TMX’s 160-person team and 15-person strong property team across the Asia-Pacific region,” he said.
Frawley brings over 20 years of industrial property experience for occupiers to TMX. She has managed large property portfolios for major national and global businesses, including CEVA Logistics, One Steel, Orora, Amcor, Opal and Cummins.
On her latest appointment, Frawley said she is excited to apply her experience to the new role at TMX.
“After immense demand from TMX clients for this service, I’m excited to bring my diverse experience across a range of markets and industries to establish and lead the portfolio management services. This will complete TMX’s end-to-end property offering and complement TMX’s integrated consulting services in digital and ecommerce, supply chain, property and construction project management,” she said.
She continued that she looks forward to being part of a dynamic and rapidly growing business that is changing the industrial property sector through a holistic solution that is led by the client and their operations.
