Two major appointments strengthen TM Insight’s national market presence

Specialist consulting firm TM Insight has announced two major appointments to its rapidly growing property division.

Matthew Frazer-Ryan and Danny Green are joining TM Insight as Director and Senior Consultant, respectively.

The two major appointments are expected to significantly strengthen TM Insight’s national service offering.

Before joining TM Insight, Frayzer-Ryan was the former National Director Industrial at Colliers, while Green formerly held the position of National Director in Industrial Occupier Services at Colliers.

Alongside TM Insight Executive Director of Property Justin Fried, Frazer-Ryan and Green will work to deliver on the TM Insight’s strategy to design and deliver world-class supply chain transformations for businesses across the Asia-Pacific region.

Fried said he is thrilled to be welcoming operators of this high calibre with national market reach to the business.

“The additions of Matthew Frazer-Ryan and Danny Green to TM Insight significantly bolster our national service offering,” Fried said in a statement.

“Matthew’s expertise in Queensland’s industrial property market and Danny’s experience working with industrial occupiers nationally complements our existing capabilities and completes our presence in major eastern seaboard markets,” he said.

Frazer-Ryan brings over 23 years of experience in the industrial property market to TM Insight. He also specialises in Brisbane’s industrial market having completed some of the most prominent sales and leasing transactions within the city.

“TM Insight has become an unstoppable presence in industrial occupier services through their integrated service in supply chain, property, project management and now also ecommerce advisory,” Frazer-Ryan said.

“I’m excited to bring my expertise to this integrated approach which provides occupiers an unparalleled solution that enhances their business’ competitive edge,” he said.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge in industrial occupier advisory, Green will be assisting TM Insight’s clients with their requirements in Victoria and across Australia.

Green continued that he looks forward to being a part of TM Insight’s integrated service and working with industry experts and clients on the latest advancements and technologies in the supply chain sector.

Frazer-Ryan will be based in TM Insight’s Brisbane office and Green will be based in the Melbourne office.
