BPS Global Australia launches new report on change management success

Leading automation integrator BPS Global Australia has released its latest industry report, sharing best practice tips on managing organisational change for automation projects. 

 

The report ‘Taking people with you: how to manage change during automation projects’ uncovers the importance of people when implementing technology transformations.
