Australia > Sydney Responsibilities Will Include
- Successful and sustainable delivery of people, process and system changes across multiple business units and brands
- Lead the team in the development and execution of all typical project toolsets, (Schedule, Dependencies, Risk, financials) complying with Endeavour Project Management framework
- Ensure correct governance and assurance is maintained
- Hold team members accountable for quality of delivery
- Collaboration cross divisionally (Stores, Format, Marketing, Supply Chain, replenishment, Store excellence)
- Timely and accurate reporting on progress, risks, roadblocks, financials
- Ensure key stakeholders remain aligned to the purpose, objectives and outcomes
- Identify and manage key dependencies
- Ensure change impact assessments or readiness reviews are completed for major initiatives
- Contributing to group procedures, documents and policies to continuously improve outcomes, demonstrate a lead role in nominated areas
- Identifying critical risks and implementing risk minimisation strategies
- Delivering of viable projects on time and on budget
Who We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Be self-motivated, able to work autonomous and enjoy working within a team environment
- 8+ years Business Project Management experience within a business environment and strong project delivery experience
- Formal project management qualifications
- Effective relationships builder, junior through to senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Well organised and have the drive to get things done
- Ability to focus on the details while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
- Demonstrated effective negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders;
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Proven ability in gaining the trust and respect from key business partners
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Sound financials experience
