ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We have a rare opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our busy Sydney office, in the role of Supply Chain & Demand Executive. At Montblanc, no day is ever the same and working within an intimate and dynamic team, you are always encouraged to #leaveyourmark.

 

HOW YOU WILL LEAVE YOUR MARK AT MONTBLANC

 

Responsible for Supply Chain and Merchandising function in Australia; you will ensure the set up and implementation of Policies and Procedures comply to local laws and regulations. You will be in charge of the daily Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations in Australia and communication with South Asia office.

 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

1)  Supply Chain – overseeing forecasting, marketing, replenishment, import/export, wholesale order management and key account management.

2) Logistics – managing the entire import/export process, manage inter-company and inter-boutique transfers, sales reporting and support with quality claims

3) Merchandising – ensuring the retail boutiques are well stocked, reviewing model stocks and retail inventory.

4) Overseeing pricing, consignment and event logistics.

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

You will be pro-active and action oriented, possessing:

– A Business Degree or tertiary qualifications

– Work experience in Sales/Logistic/Customer Service

– Strong data and analytical skills

– The ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and operate autonomously

– Experience in SAP in Microsoft Excel is essential
