An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, experienced and innovative Supply Chain Officer to join our Warehouse Team. The role will involve supporting the supply chain management team and liaising very closely with purchasing, suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for warehouse operations, daily operational activities and implementing initiatives to improve all areas of the supply chain.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensuring effective utilisation of all resources by resource planning and inventory control
• Promote measured processes that assist Management to make informed decisions
• Monitor and support quality controls across all parts of operations
• Ensure all goods importation are in accordance to Crown’s Policy’s
• Develop and challenge department’s procedures towards continued improvements
• Assist in the coaching and development of staff

What You Need

• Knowledge or experience in warehouse and distribution operations
• Experienced in developing and leading strategic projects
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Supply Chain
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in wide aspects of operations and able to coach team members towards improvements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Proficient in using ERP (PeopleSoft), LEAN, Data Analytic and Visio advantageous
