About our role:
As a result of internal movement and our newly created Customer Service & Fulfilment function we are now recruiting the role of Supply Chain Planning Manager. Reporting to the Head of Demand & Supply Planning, and based at our Head office, this role is accountable for leading and managing the Supply Planning team and is responsible for the Supply Plan for the business across the whole-time horizon for both Insourced and Outsourced portfolios.
What you will do:
The Supply Chain Planning Manager will own the valid plan that will need to meet customer service targets, within inventory policy limits and at optimal supply chain efficiencies. This role will drive the pro-active identification of risks to supporting the demand plan, create action plans to resolve and work collaboratively with the Demand Planning lead and key commercial stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment.
The Supply Chain Planning Manager will proactively identify opportunities to improve supply chain and business results through improved agility and planning optimisation and influence their successful implementation. They will drive the IBP supply planning process to ensure company resources are effectively deployed to meet the business strategy and drive the ITP supply planning process to ensure the optimal execution of the short-term plans to maximise customer service and minimise cost.
In addition, the Supply Chain Planning Manager will be a demonstrated people leader with the ability to develop and grow the team’s capabilities and ensure career and succession bench-strength in the team.
