This collaboration will cover approximately 750 stores and three distribution centres across Australia, ensuring the availability of the right products for customers at the right time and place. 

As part of 7-Eleven’s commitment to achieving one billion customer moments annually by 2030, the implementation of fully integrated supply chain technology is crucial. This advanced technology will empower planners to anticipate demand and optimise inventory flows throughout the entire business.

“The AI-driven solutions from RELEX will enable us to adopt a holistic planning approach and strengthen collaboration with suppliers, ultimately enhancing our customer service,” 7-Eleven Stores Australia’s Supply and Demand Lead Micheal Hilt said.

“This partnership will help us establish ourselves as a market-leading retailer in terms of systems and capability.” 

RELEX Solutions SVP Sales & APAC Stefano Scandelli shared his excitement about the strategic partnership.
