Argon & Co ANZ announces three new strategic hires

Argon & Co, a global management firm that specialises in strategy and transformation of operations, has announced three new strategic hires to the ANZ business.
New Associate Partner, Evert Westerhof, joins the business to lead their Capital Projects service line enhancing their service offering to meet the needs of clients across the complete life cycle of capital investments, from capital portfolio optimisation, developing major capital transformation programs to project governance execution and their latest service vertical start-ups.
Having spent close to two decades leading engineering and manufacturing teams across the FMCG sectors in Europe, America and Australasia, Westerhof brings with him a wealth of knowledge.
“I am very excited to join Argon & Co ANZ, I believe we can make a big difference for our clients in combining our engineering capabilities with our expertise in strategic business analysis and operations,” Westerhorf.
New Managing Principal, Chris Gardner, will add significant horsepower to our ANZ Procurement team, strengthening the current procurement service offering.
“I’m delighted to be joining the Argon & Co team to build out the Procurement service offering across the ANZ region,” Gardner said.
“With this commitment to grow our Procurement capability we are excited to combine Argon & Co’s global footprint with local expertise in cost reduction, optimisation, transformation, and sustainability; further enhancing the end-to-end offering of Argon & Co and the value we’re able to deliver our clients in ANZ,” he said.
Lastly, no stranger to the ANZ business, Ashely Darley who was the first employee at Pollen Consulting Group has come back on board as an Associate Partner.
Darley will be responsible for establishing and growing Argon & Co Australia’s presence in Western Australia, where we believe on the ground resources are needed to best service our clients’ needs.
“It’s a pleasure to be back, having been watching Argon & Co’s impact over the last year it was a no brainer when making the decision to return!” Darley said.
“Western Australia is a bit of an untapped market for us, making this a very exciting opportunity for me personally and for the continued growth of Argon & Co ANZ,” he said.
Commenting on their latest strategic hires, Argon & Co Managing Partner Paul Eastwood said they will support the business in meeting their clients’ needs across ANZ with market leading solutions.
