Argon and Co, the worldwide management consultancy that works in operations strategy and transformation, is happy to announce the return of Partner, Frans Verheij.

Managing Partner Argon & Co APAC, Paul Eastwood, said, “Frans grew the original Argon & Co business in Australia, the team and capabilities that merged with Pollen were a credit to his leadership. Over the last two years he has provided great counsel and guidance to me, supporting the development of our ESG service offering and coaching the team. “

Frans is no stranger to the ANZ business, having been the Managing Partner at Argon & Co.

ANZ before its merger with Pollen Consulting, over the last 2 years Frans has enjoyed a quick career break before supporting the business on several key strategic projects. He has been an essential part of the development of the company over the past 16 years and will be an invaluable addition to the business’s future.

With a profound personal commitment to sustainability, he has recently spearheaded the transformation and enhancement of our Sustainability service offering across the ANZ region. Frans has also led the recent expansion of Argon & Co Connect into the Australian market, seamlessly transitioning the Operations and Transformation Network from the United Kingdom to Australia.

“It is an honour to officially welcome him home, and we are very excited to work with Frans once again,” Eastwood added.

“It is great to be home! Having founded the Argon & Co ANZ business in 2008, after a well-deserved break, I can’t wait to write the next chapter of the already amazing Argon & Co story alongside Paul and the Leadership team. I look forward to transforming our current and future clients’ operations whilst continuing to be their preferred partner and trusted advisor. I’m humbled and grateful for the overwhelming support and warm welcome from my friends and colleagues at Argon & Co,” Partner Argon & Co Australia Frans Verheij said.
