AU small retailers utilise AI to create better product descriptions   

ChatGPT integrated POS software from Aussie organisation Tower Systems auto-creates gives more significant item descriptions, saving time and eliminating trouble for company retailers. 

“We run 3 shops ourselves and love the time this saves, the ChatGPT integration generates the description based on simple prompts. The retailer can review the text, and adjust, if necessary,” said Managing Director of Tower Systems, Mark Fletcher. 

ChatGPT’s integration was delivered in February 2023 and calibrated since and is cherished by retailers. The item descriptions are brief and tuned for web search engines.
