CBRE expands Sunshine Coast Industrial & Logistics leasing team

CBRE has appointed former Mooloolaba local Jack McCormack as Manager, Advisory & Transaction Services, Industrial & Logistics at its Sunshine Coast office.

McCormack has joined CBRE from Colliers, where he was an Industrial Sales and Leasing Executive based in Brisbane, following accountancy roles with Prosperity Advisors and Mobbs and Company.

“We’re delighted to welcome Jack home to the Sunshine Coast,” said Rem Rafter, Managing Director at CBRE Sunshine Coast.

“His strong background in commercial real estate and accounting qualifications will ensure CBRE continues to provide the highest level of service, expertise and support to our clients,” he said.

McCormack is a University of the Sunshine Coast graduate who has competed in surf boat rowing for Mooloolaba Surf Lifesaving Club and enjoys surfing, rowing and waterskiing.

He joined the Colliers Brisbane office in 2018, with a focus on industrial assets in Brisbane’s south-west industrial corridor.

In his latest role, he joins CBRE’s Sunshine Coast Industrial & Logistics leasing team.
