Direct Mail Corporation, one of Australia’s leading mail house businesses, has leased a new prime grade distribution centre at Epping in Melbourne’s north.

CBRE’s Daniel Eramo and Joe Brzezek, together with Gray Johnson’s Matt Hoath, negotiated the 24 Jersey Drive lease, which will deliver Direct Mail Corporation an expansive warehouse with multiple roller shutter doors in addition to a two-level corporate office.

The facility, which has a total building area of 5,267sqm has been leased on a five-year term at a rental of $80/sqm net.

“The industrial vacancy of prime grade buildings in Melbourne’s north is continuing to tighten, which is expected to spur a wave of speculative development from institutional owners over the next 12 months,” Eramo noted.

The Jersey Drive facility is situated in a highly sought-after business park location, just metres from the Hume Freeway, Western Ring Road and Melbourne’s wholesale fruit and vegetable markets.
