Australia’s goat milk formula brand, The LittleOak Company, has inaugurated a new warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.
This milestone makes LittleOak the first infant formula company to establish a warehouse in the region, the company said in a news release.
Elke Pascoe, the Perth-raised founder and CEO of The LittleOak Company, expressed her long-held desire to enhance accessibility for families across the country.
“I’ve wanted to put a warehouse in Perth for the longest time, largely because I believe that all families, no matter if they are on the other side of the country or not, should be able to get their formula deliveries within a matter of days, not weeks,” Pascoe stated.
The new Perth facility follows the launch of a warehouse in Brisbane earlier this year, which significantly improved delivery times for families in Queensland, Northern Territory, and northern New South Wales.
With the new Perth warehouse, LittleOak said it aims to offer even faster delivery times for Western Australian families, including express delivery within one day and immediate restocking for retailers and pharmacies.
“So many of these parents rely solely on LittleOak to nourish their children and we’re so proud to be addressing the critical need for enhanced access and convenience for families in Western Australia. This is especially exciting for me, given I still call WA home,” Pascoe added.
LittleOak said its rapid growth is underscored by its commitment to investing where there is demand.
“As the fastest growing goat milk formula in Australia, we know there is strong demand for LittleOak, and we are incredibly excited to be building the brand out west,” Pascoe said.
The CEO continued, “With warehouses now in Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane, we’re reaching more Australians than ever before, providing fast, more sustainable localised fulfilment within their own state.”
Produced in New Zealand, LittleOak is notable for being the first formula brand certified palm oil free by the Palm Oil Free Certification Accreditation Programme.
“At LittleOak, we believe that less is more,” Pascoe explained.
“From the very beginning, we were very clear on our commitment to uncompromisingly reject chemical processing, adopt a less-is-more processing approach, and avoid unnecessary synthetic ingredients to ensure every parent and their child had a natural alternative to the chemical cocktails found in traditional infant formulas,” the CEO concluded.
