Parcel Monitor: Top Delivery Success Rates Around the World

Being a retailer in today’s day and age is no easy task. Having a wide variety of items to choose from and being able to opt for same-day or next-day delivery options are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to their list of demands.

While it is the prime goal of every business to please the customer, it can get extremely difficult to find the right balance between customer retention and profitability. With that in mind, our media partner, Parcel Monitor, has taken a closer look at the different delivery success rates around the world.

Their key findings are as follows:

• Overall delivery success rate was the highest in Asia.
• There was a negligible difference between weekday and weekend delivery performances in most regions.
• We saw a significantly lower success rate in the US for Sunday deliveries, which was not the case for other countries in North America.
