project44, the leading supply chain visibility platform, is proud to announce its formal expansion into Australia and New Zealand.
project44 supports a global customer base tracking shipments across 170+ countries, and the expansion into Australia and New Zealand allows the company to better address the unique supply chain challenges facing the region. This news follows the recent announcement of its office opening in Japan.
“Our teams in Australia and New Zealand have been working hard to establish project44’s market presence,” said Founder and CEO Jett McCandless.
“As we expand our offerings, it’s important to have team members that deeply understand the intricacies of each market on the ground supporting our growth,” McCandless said.
“Australia and New Zealand are facing long lead times, bottlenecks and rising freight costs compounded by its geographic location, and we hope to help reduce the supply chain disruptions that have continued in the region.”
New Leadership in Australia
project44 recently brought on Archival Garcia as the Vice President and General Manager for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia to lead its expansions efforts. Garcia previously served as the General Manager for Microlistics and has also held leadership roles at Manhattan Associates and Dematic.
Garcia graduated from La Trobe University with a degree in Electronic Engineering. His background in supply chain and engineering makes him uniquely qualified to lead the project44 team.
Melbourne Office
To build its presence in Australia and New Zealand, project44 established an office in Melbourne in February 2022 with team members across engineering, customer success, marketing, and more. Additional positions in sales and customer success are open and can be found here.
