It’s complexity that forces you to keep learning and implement new things to stand out the competition

Can you please give us a brief preview of your talk/panel discussion?

Have you been in countless meeting where it does not give any value because the data is incorrect? The decision is made based on feeling rather than data? I will discuss about my experience on how data-driven team is a core success of mature IBP.

What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in your career so far?

Never stop learning and take more responsibility every day. The best practice today will be a standard practice in the next few years.

What advice can you give to those who are looking at a career in Supply Chain?

Get the right mentor in supply chain, choose the right supply chain field that you are the best at.
