[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]An exciting opportunity to join the Special Buy’s team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time role.

As a Supply Chain Analyst you will be responsible for project management and the development of tools and reporting to drive efficiencies throughout the Special Buys program. You will also partner with regional divisions to facilitate and support with the centralisation of the Special Buys program, which will involve analysing and assessing data sets in order to ensure best practice is built and executed at a national level.

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business/data analyst, planning or reporting role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification essential
  • Experience in demand planning and/or supply chain analytics highly regarded
  • Proven experience in organising, manipulating and analysing large and complex data sets
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • High level of business acumen and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with SQL highly regarded
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to adapt in fast paced environments
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, with high attention to detail

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to centralise the executional function of the Special Buy’s program
  • Design and develop Special Buy’s program reporting and dashboards
  • Assess, analyse and report on relevant data sets, to support informed commercial decisions
  • Utilise data visualisation tools to communicate complex insightsPresent findings to stakeholders in order to influence commercial decision making
  • Provide process improvement recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure the delivery and maintenance of end-to-end solutions
  • Execute and coordinate projects accordingly
