Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to our Director of Logistics, this role is integral in helping our day to day operations run effectively to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.

If you’re a looking to kick start your Logistics and Supply Chain career, coupled with a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve, this could be the perfect fit!

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Liaising with multiple third-party logistics providers on day-to-day operational issues
• Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to problem solve and resolve issues
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses
• Reconcile invoices and manage escalations with our freight, carrier and warehousing teams
• Look for new and better ways of working to create a more efficient workplace

To be successful in this role, you should be:

University Degree qualified in a relevant field (logistics, supply chain, commerce, analytics, maths, accounting, IT, buying, etc).

Highly analytical and ready to delve into data

An exceptional multitasker and problem solver – a love of Tetris will go far here!

Tech-savvy and ability to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model

Have an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency
