[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Here at Mars Petcare, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Systems Specialist to join our team. You will be a functional expert with detailed knowledge of systems used in the Supply Chain function, including SAP.

In this critical role you will cover identification, design and implementation of systems and technology to lead the Supply Chain function into the future.

You’ll provide support to Supply Chain teams and identify opportunities for process automation, then develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and deploying systems strategy that ensures efficient and robust end to end processes are in place to meet our current and future customer and business requirements.
  • Delivering ongoing efficiency improvements and improved customer service through digitisation of current manual processes.
  • Leading the introduction of technologies, Associate engagement and change management programs to enable digitisation to take place.
  • Establishing improved information capabilities, including Cost-to-Serve models, to give the Supply Chain team a better visibility of what is happening within the supply chain.
  • It is expected that this role would make decisions with regard to the Supply Chain systems strategy, continuous improvement program, new application deployment and process automation.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years’ Supply Chain experience
  • Tertiary qualification – preferably Logistics Management or IT.
  • Proven strength in delivering results through multi-functional teams.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for technical learning, taking initiative
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel would be advantageous
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise competing demands;
