About the role
Reporting to the Delivery Planner (Road & Rail) based from our Wagga Wagga regional office we have a 12 month contract on offer. You’ll be part of a team responsible for:

  • Administering customer ownership and inventory tasks for grain such as swaps, re-grades and re-classifications
  • Timely and accurate truck loading timeslot administration including opening, allocations and delivering a seamless customer timeslot experience
  • Assisting with day-to-day supply chain operations planning and delivery tasks including compliance and reporting.

About your experience
Our ideal candidate has some experience gained within an agricultural or logistics business.

Your technical skill set should include intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word and the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technologies.

We’ll also value your strong communication, time management, customer and stakeholder management skills. You’re okay with a little ambiguity, able to seek guidance and make decisions using sound judgement.

Preferred applicants will need to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees.
