Pollen is an Australian management consultancy that focuses on creating value through end-to-end supply chain transformation. Meanwhile, Argon & Co specialises in operations strategy and transformation, with its expertise spanning the supply chain, procurement, finance and shared services.

Founding member of Pollen, Paul Eastwood, who will become Managing Partner of the ANZ business with a remit to help further growth across Southeast Asia said that the move was exciting for the organisation.

“It felt like the right time and the right fit with Argon & Co,” Eastwood said.

“We have the same company culture and values, and it means together we can turbo-charge our resources, capability and vision to build a leading global management consultancy,” he said.

The leadership teams of both businesses will continue to actively lead the business.

“With our passion for making a real difference for clients, the combination deepens and extends our supply chain transformation services across the region,” said David Bissett, Partner of Argon & Co ANZ.

“Together we have market leading capabilities, with a genuine focus on generating real value for our clients across the end-to-end supply chain,” Bisset said.

Yvan Salamon, CEO of Argon & Co, commented that the move represents another exciting step in Argon & Co’s expansion strategy.

“Pollen has made a big impact within the ANZ market, and we are pleased that they are joining Argon & Co,” Salamon said.
