EdTech leader Education Perfect has named Jonathan Morgan as its new CEO to lead the association into its next phase of development, support its worldwide extension and advance the association’s central goal to give fair access to schooling to students around the world.

Helen Souness, Board Chair at Education Perfect, said that this was a significant following stage in the association’s journey towards additional worldwide extension.

“After an extensive global search for our new CEO, we were thrilled to meet Jonathan, a seasoned software as a service leader with experience growing companies, as well as leading highly engaged geographically dispersed teams,” said Souness.

Education Perfect is Australia and New Zealand’s learning, evaluation and analytics platform, and is a worldwide challenger in the EdTech area, serving more than 5,000 schools and 1.8 million students around the world.

Review results demonstrate that 98% of instructors concur that the association gives devices that adjust to the needs of each student, at last saving educators time and lifting learning results.

“Jonathan also had a strong affinity with our teachers and our focus on giving them the content, insights and time they need to deliver the best learning outcomes for their K-12 students. We are thrilled to see him step in to lead Education Perfect through our next stage of growth and global scale,” Souness added.

Morgan, who has recently migrated to Australia with his significant other and children, said that he was honoured to be selected to lead the Education Perfect team into an interesting new section, and is satisfied to step into a job that could give back to the local area.

“I’m passionate about working with people – to me, it’s all about reinvesting in your team and the job’s made that much simpler when surrounded by those who love what they do and are committed to the vision,” Morgan said.

George Aitken, Managing Director at global investment firm KKR, said that Jonathan was the best fit to bring the association into its next period of development.
