Greensquare revolutionizes coffee trading with new campaign

The global specialty coffee market is poised for significant growth, with a projected compound annual growth rate of 11.3% from 2023 to 2030. In light of this, digital innovation in the coffee industry has become crucial.

Greensquare, an innovative online platform boasting over 200 registered Australian coffee roasters, is set to redefine coffee trading on a global scale through the launch of its equity crowdfunding campaign.

Greensquare Co-Founder Caleb Holstein emphasises the importance of optimizing every step of the coffee supply chain as global demand continues to rise.

“It’s crucial we optimize every step of the supply chain,” says Holstein.

With the coffee industry expected to increase production by up to three times by 2050 to meet growing demand, an additional four million to 14 million tonnes of coffee per year will be required. This necessitates addressing the current inefficiencies and risks that impact the cost and quality of the final product. Greensquare aims to mitigate these risks and ensure coffee accessibility for all.

Greensquare currently offers over 450 products from 10 different suppliers, serving as a virtual green coffee buying assistant that reduces resources, friction, and risk in the sourcing and management process. This groundbreaking approach is unparalleled in the industry and paves the way for transformative change.

Saxon Wright, a Greensquare user and Founder of Pablo & Rusty’s Coffee, praises the platform’s capabilities.

“With Greensquare, we can see exactly how much of each product we have available and when we’ll run out. This gives us the peace of mind that our other systems never could,” he said.

Backed by SquareX Innovations’ proprietary technology, Greensquare sets the gold standard for modern agricultural trade platforms. Greensquare Co-Founder Chris Meier reveals the platform’s potential to expand beyond the coffee industry.

“Our journey doesn’t end with Greensquare, as we’ve received licensing inquiries from various agricultural industries, including grain and fish. We will continue to explore these opportunities,” he said.

As coffee enthusiasts and industry pioneers look to the future, Greensquare represents a tool that ensures the sustainability of the beverage. With the launch of their equity crowdfunding campaign, Greensquare invites everyone to become a shareholder and actively contribute to shaping the future of the coffee industry.
