What inspires you to be part of the supply chain sector?

No day is same as yesterday. The new challenges that come up every day and finding solutions.

What is the key theme you want people to talk away from your talk?

Data and People are most important. Technology and Processes are facilitator in your decisions.

Can you please give us a brief preview of your talk/panel discussion?

When implementing IBP, data and people need to be given the highest priority. Process can be moulded based on business needs. Focus on answering the queries of teammates. Make sure they are involved and educated from the very beginning of the IBP implementation ( including process definition and data collection).

What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in your career so far?

Always back-up your experience based gut feeling about a solution, with data.

What advice can you give to those who are looking at a career in Supply Chain?

Spend first few years of your career understanding the concepts of the supply chain working in real life.
