The Bay Central Woolooware shopping centre at Novm’s billion-dollar Woolooware Bay Town Centre in Sutherland Shire, Sydney will begin business procedure on 22 November.

On consummation, Bay Central Woolooware will incorporate 60 stores, including a gym centre, childcare centre, medical precinct, two full-line Woolworths and ALDI stores, and Dan Murphy’s – every one of the three of which will be open and exchanging from November 22 with a scope of different retailers – and a waterfront dining area.

Bay Central Woolooware forms a focal part of Novm’s billion-dollar Woolooware Bay Town Centre and resort-style living project set across a 10-hectare site on the shores of Woolooware Bay in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.

Novm’s CEO and Executive Director Adrian Liaw said the launch of the middle was a vital achievement in the master-planned local area’s very long-term development.

“We’re thrilled to be officially opening Bay Central Woolooware, and we appreciate the combined efforts of Park View, our development team, our new retail tenant community and centre managers Savills Australia for their considerable effort in bringing us to this point,” said Liaw.

The 18,000m2 shopping mall is being conveyed as a part of the fourth and last phase of the turn of events, the primary phase of what got things started in 2014.

“Bay Central Woolooware is more than just a shopping centre; it’s a place where people can come together, shop, dine, and create lasting memories with family and friends. We invite everyone to join in the celebrations and experience the excitement first-hand,” Liaw added.
