How much has e-commerce in Australia evolved amidst the pandemic? Our media partner, Parcel Monitor, ran an analysis on Australia’s state of e-commerce in the second half of 2020 and made some interesting observations:

1. Parcel volume increased 1.67x over Christmas period

2. 61% of parcels delivered to collection points are picked up within 24 hours

3. 90% of parcels are delivered within 6 days
