TM Insight, backed by private-equity firm Next Capital, has acquired supply chain and industry property consultancy XAct Solutions in a move that will significantly enhance the combined group’s supply chain capabilities in the market and expansion in Asia.

“Since our inception, TM Insight has grown to become an innovative force in the supply chain and property industry. The acquisition of XAct Solutions marks our next era of expansion, bringing together the expertise and know-how of two leading businesses for the benefit of our customers,” Travis Erridge, TM Insight CEO, said.

According to Erridge, XAct Solutions will increase TM Insight’s geographic reach and significantly bolster their supply chain capabilities by providing them with industry best practice systems to strengthen their unique integrated service offering in the supply chain, property and project management.

At a time where supply chains have never been more challenged with global restrictions and the acceleration in ecommerce, he said they are bringing together the top talent in the sector. This will provide their customers the support they need to futureproof their business and optimise their operations for the long-term.

Founded in 2005, XAct Solutions has a presence across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Tokyo with a team of over 50 specialists.

It was also the first consultancy in the Asia-Pacific region to design, procure and implement supply chain solutions that ensures the operational needs of their clients drive the right property outcomes.

XAct Solutions Principals and Owners Geoff Thomas, Peter Ramsay and Byron Patching are excited to be joining forces with TM Insight to provide an increased range of services to customers and be ideally placed to help organisations across the Asia-Pacific region transform their supply chain networks.
